Since many of you will be traveling from all over the world to get to the ITC2022 we have tried to answer some of the questions you might have. Fly to Copenhagen airport (Kastrup). Malmö is close to Copenhagen and if you are participating in the conference as well it is easy with the train directly to Malmö or to rent a car. It´s not a long drive, about 30 min. Either way remember your passport if they want to see it at the boarder.

Do not fly to Stockholm if you´re not interested in taking a 4,5 hour train ride to Malmö. If you book your flight in time you might get a very good price. Below is some examples of the prices of a return ticket that was retrived on March 7th of 2020 (before Corona/Covid-19) for a return flight arriving on September 11th and departing September 17th 2020:

Cash isn't king - in the Nordic Countries. Don´t bring a lot of cash for your visit in Denmark or Sweden. We are more and more turning into cash less countries. The conference hotel is also completely cash free, so you will not be able to buy anything with cash at the venue. All main restaurants, shops and bars will accept payment by card.
